We were in town for a UT game and the location could not be beat. It was just steps from the adorable Market Square area and only about a 20 minute walk to the campus/stadium. Parking in the garage was so easy and inexpensive for a downtown hotel ($15/day). We were able to get an early check-in which was incredibly helpful with our plans for that day. The lobby and rooms were lovely, and our son thoroughly enjoyed his room service chicken tenders after the game. ;) We would definitely stay here again!

The location was outstanding. I could see the market square from our room, and it was a 90 second walk from the front door. The room was nice, but fairly basic. Beds were comfortable, and I loved the extra pillows.

I liked getting coffee before heading out except they ran out on my last day and it was too early to run out. For game weekend the hotel was quiet which was nice.

The Crown Plaza had clean rooms and friendly staff. I had someone ask me if I needed a luggage cart as soon as I walked in the door which was extremely nice. The parking garage has a ton of space although it was a week night so I'm sure it gets more packed on the weekend. The location was awesome and was such a walkable area. There were many restaurants, breweries and multiple ice cream shops.

The hotel was amazing! Staff was excellent, the restaurant was perfectly priced and the food was great! Our room was spacious and VERY clean. Super comfortable bed and pillows, plenty of towels, and a variety of coffee and teas to choose from.

We had a great stay here. Great place to bring your pets if you're traveling with them. They are very welcoming, grass area to walk them with doggie bags, sign to hang on your door so they do not come in with dogs in room. Room service breakfast and dinner was great. The inside is really nice for the value, you really get your money's worth. Can't beat the location. We kenneled our dogs, put the tv on, and walked downtown for dinner and drinks! 1 min walk to Gay St and the Market square, great night life

This hotel is in a great location for visiting Knoxville. Very close to nice restaurants and the arts area of town. We walked to shops and restaurants. Beds are comfortable and very nice shower. The pool was heated and a highlight for my kid to swim and relax in. Nice breakfast in the morning. Easy access to garage in and out for the duration of our stay.

Stayed for the UT football game. Less than a mile walk to the stadium. 1 block from Market Square restaurants. UT football stayed there as well the night before the game. Very nice, very clean and comfortable. Was expensive ($500+/night), but that was due to football crowd in town. Would stay there again for certain.

The location is perfect, it’s quiet but close to everything. The staff was the friendliest I have ever experienced, they were super friendly and accepting of my dog and did whatever they could to make our stay a good one. The pool and fitness center was great and everything was sparkling clean.
